My name is Jessica McGrew (she/her), and I've been a licensed massage therapist since May 2017. I graduated from Arkansas Therapeutic Massage Institute of Hot Springs and have worked in spas, a chiropractic clinic, a senior residential community, and a counseling center. Now, I work for myself in my massage suite or in clients' homes.

I'm originally from Texas, where I earned Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Special Education from Midwestern State University. I feel my training as a special educator not only prepared me for life, but also work as a massage therapist. In the same way I approached my students, I view each client as a unique, valuable individual and customize each massage to suit their needs and goals by soliciting clients' input on multiple aspects of the session. I see my massage therapy clients as equals and our time together, an exchange, as we learn from each other. I'm honored to be a part of their wellness team.

Outside of massage therapy, I enjoy engaging with the outdoors, patronizing the arts, participating in athletic and spiritual activities, reading, listening to audiobooks and podcasts, and preparing plant-based meals, a part of my compassion for animals and environmental stewardship.
